Title: Best "Texas" Chili

4tsOil, olive
2cOnions; chopped
1cCelery; finely chopped
3 Garlic cloves
1lbBeef, ground, lean; broiled
2cTomatoes, plum Italian (canned, reserve liquid) chopped
2cTomato sauce
12ozBeans, Kidney red cooked and drained
12ozBeans, Pinto cooked
2tbSugar, granulated
3 Bay leaves
3 Allspice, whole
1tbChili Powder
1tsOregano, dried
1/2tsPepper, black freshly ground
1/4tsCumin, ground
1/4tsPepper, red ground

In medium nonstick skillet, heat oil, add onions, celery, and garlic; cook over medium heat until softened, about 2 minutes. Place vegetables and remaining ingredients in slow-cooker; stir to combine. Cook on low setting 4 hours.
